She is an acclaimed businessperson, entrepreneur, and private investor. An erudite scholar, she holds a double degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of Houston, Texas, USA. In addition, she underwent a Postgraduate Executive Program in Corporate Management, conducted in partnership between Angola School of Management of Angola, AESE Business Management School of Portugal, and IESE Business School of Spain. She went on to add to her repertoire a certification in Cement Production and Technology for Non-Specialists from Cemnet.com, following it up with a certificate in Management & HRD Training.
She launched her career in the oil industry as a finance analyst with Chevron Texaco. After spending three valuable and enriching years with them, she moved on to the cement industry. Having spent more than ten years in this industry, she is currently the Executive Board Member with FCKS, SA – Fábrica de Cimento do Kwanza Sul.
She is also a life coach, and philanthropist.

He earned his Chemical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, a premier institute of India that has consistently produced global technology leaders like Sundar Pichai of Google.
A flourishing career spanning 36 years in the cement power industry and management, hands-on exposure to multiple functions across diverse geographies, and extensive stints in plants as well as in corporate offices, have combined well to shape him into the well-rounded, acclaimed, and in-demand professional that he is today. That he is a Certified ISO Lead Auditor and also a Certified International Trainer, imparting management and functional training at a plethora of global forums, adds further dimensions to his multi-tiered abilities.
Having worked in different roles, he is not only a successful entrepreneur but also a recognized management consultant and educationist.
He is also the Chairman & Managing Director of Cem-Vision, & Cem-Power, Dubai.
