Andreia Soraia Webba David Gaspar Martins Chairperson | Entrepreneur | Private Investor | Philanthropist
A distinguished businesswoman and global investor, Andreia Martins holds dual degrees in Business Management and Finance from the University of Houston, Texas (USA). Her commitment to continuous learning led her to complete a Postgraduate Executive Program in Corporate Management, delivered through a collaboration between Angola School of Management, AESE Business School (Portugal), and the IESE Business School (Spain).
Further diversifying her portfolio, she earned certifications in Cement Production & Technology for Non-Specialists (Cemnet.com) and Management & HRD Training.
Her corporate journey began in the oil sector as a Finance Analyst at Chevron Texaco, before transitioning to the cement industry, where she has spent over a decade. She currently serves as an Executive Board Member at FCKS, SA – Fábrica de Cimento do Kwanza Sul, Angola’s leading cement manufacturer.
Beyond boardrooms, she is a certified life coach, a mentor to rising professionals, and a committed philanthropist, focused on socio-economic development and youth empowerment in Africa.

A graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, Rabi Dasgupta brings over 36 years of multi-industry leadership, with proven excellence in the cement, power, and manufacturing sectors. His journey has included hands-on operational roles and strategic leadership positions across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
As a Certified ISO Lead Auditor and an Internationally Certified Trainer, he has delivered transformational training across corporate, academic, and governmental platforms. Rabi’s career spans functions like operations, project management, quality assurance, HRD, and organizational transformation.
He is also the Chairman & Managing Director of Cem-Vision and Cem-Power, headquartered in Dubai — companies that play a critical role in the Middle East’s infrastructure ecosystem.
In parallel, he is recognized as a management consultant, educationist, and a strategic learning advisor to global institutions.
